How do I start a project with Moralia?

Our aim is to make this process as smooth and as enjoyable as possible for our clients. Therefore, it may be summarised in three simple steps:

1.      Once you get in touch with us, we will assign a designer who will provide you with a free consultation. We will schedule an appointment with you in order to come and view your space and to discuss with you all the custom needs and goals that you want to achieve with the project. After gathering all the information from you and taking 3D measurements of your space, the designer will work with our design and development team in order to create a proposal for you which best meets your needs and turns your dreams into reality.

2.      On our second meeting the designer will present the Moralia proposal to you explaining all the details and options that are relevant to your project. Timelines and phases will depend on the complexity of your project and will be explained to you.

3.      If you choose to accept our proposal, we will assign a project manager who will be overseeing every single step of the process and who will keep you updated on the progress status of the project. We will also immediately set the project into our production queue and start the manufacturing process followed by delivery and installation by our trained professionals.


Are Moralia products covered by warranty?

We take great pride in our finished product and go through numerous quality control stages along the manufacturing process in order to be confident that the products that are leaving our factory comply with our rigid quality guidelines and specifications.

We continue to provide and support our product after it has been delivered and installed by offering a 5-year warranty from the date of shipping against any defects in material and workmanship.

All the mechanical components and hardware from our various partners and suppliers is also covered by a 5-year warranty. Should any component of your new Moralia product fail to perform, please get in touch with us and we will facilitate an exchange for a replacement part.

Warranty is void where misuse, abuse or high humidity are observed and where extreme signs of heat or sunlight exposure are evident.

Please bear in mind that wood is a natural product, and we are unable to provide any warranty against warpage, expansion and shrinkage. All our wood is klin dried and is tested for moisture content before going into production, but that does not guarantee the absence of seasonal expansions and contractions in the material. This is a natural process and is highly dependent on the seasonal humidity levels in your home.


What is the Moralia VIP program?

We recently introduced a Moralia VIP program which aims to assist our clients that have short deadlines and urgent needs for expedited manufacturing and delivery. This service is subject and dependent on how many urgent orders are being fulfilled at the time. Please consult with your design professional for more information.



In what regions may we book a custom Moralia project?

Our distribution network is constantly in the state of expansion. We are currently serving all major and surrounding cities in Ontario. If you do not see your city or region listed, please get in touch with us to see if we have expanded into your area.
