We are looking for production team members for our growing London, Ontario state-of-the-art factory. There is a lot of room for growth and advancement when working at Moralia. Experience in cabinet making, woodworking or carpentry is an asset. We provide paid training for eligible candidates.

Areas of responsibility:

Operate professional woodworking and production machinery. Read plans, diagrams and production paperwork. Perform quality control inspections and identify and prevent any defects. Clean and maintain a safe and productive work area. Assemble finished product and prepare for dispatch.

Description:

Experienced cabinet makers with 3+ years of experience in fast paced production environments as well as apprentice cabinet makers are welcome to apply. Experience in custom architectural millwork as well as woodworking and furniture production is an asset.

Areas of responsibility:

Read and analyse detailed shop drawings. Perform and supervise custom operations using CNC and classic woodworking machinery. Work independently and as a team at meeting production deadlines. Assemble, prototype and assist in the manufacturing procedures.

Description:

Looking for experienced CNC and Edgebander operators for our fast-paced production environment. Experience with Biesse and Homag machines and knowledge of Autocad, BSolid and Mozaik are an asset. Understanding of the nesting process and manufacturing and maintenance procedures are highly welcome.

Areas of responsibility:

Making sure that the all the machine procedures are followed in accordance with the Moralia standards and strict guidelines. Nesting all the files, setting up and calibrating all the machines according to our guidelines. Organizing and labelling finished parts. Reviewing raw material inventory and performing scheduled basic maintenance on machines.

Participate in the designing of the interior using the Moralia approach and products in order to meet all the custom needs of the client. Areas of responsibility:

As a member of the Moralia design and development team you will be working with the designers and clients in order to create detailed drafts and plans for our projects and make sure that the Moralia design and production standards are being followed. • Work with design team to understand project requirements and create detailed drawings and blueprints for cabinetry and millwork projects. • Use Mozaik and AutoCAD or other similar CAD software such as Cabinet Vision to prepare projects for optimization and CNC fabrication • Collaborate with clients and other team members to ensure that designs meet their needs and expectations • Revise and update designs as needed and Communicate progress and any issues with the design team and clients • Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations • Preparing detailed reports for each project with component and material requirements needed to execute the project. Experience in operating industrial CNC machines and knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, 3Ds Max or other CAD design software and product rendering is an asset.
