We design and manufacture refined kitchens, closets, wall systems, and architectural interiors for discerning clients who value precision, refinement, and timeless design — across both residential and commercial environments. This role is based at Moralia’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in London, Ontario. We are seeking a Senior Cabinetmaker with the capability and maturity to support and perform installations when required. This is first and foremost a craftsmanship role — suited for someone who cares deeply about alignment, proportion, joinery integrity, and finish quality. Installation literacy is essential because you understand that true precision reveals itself onsite. This is not production-line work. It is measured, disciplined execution in luxury environments. Your Primary Focus • Build and assemble high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork • Work to tight tolerances with exceptional fit and finish • Interpret and follow detailed shop drawings with accuracy • Maintain a clean, orderly, disciplined shop environment • Contribute to a culture built on respect, focus, and pride in workmanship Installation Responsibilities (When Required) • Participate in or lead installations of Moralia kitchens, closets, and wall systems • Think ahead to anticipate site-based tolerances and constraints • Protect the integrity of finishes and materials during handling • Represent Moralia onsite with professionalism and maturity Installation is viewed as an extension of craftsmanship — not a separate trade.
You Are:
• 7–15+ years experienced in high-end residential or commercial millwork, or fine cabinetry • Detail-obsessed — reveals, lines, alignment, and hardware seating matter to you • Calm, thoughtful, accountable, and steady under pressure • Confident in your craft while remaining grounded and professional • A natural problem-solver who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Premium Materials & Surface Handling Experience You have experience working with high-value and sensitive materials, including some or all of: • fine veneers and matched-grain panelling • solid woods and natural finishes • lacquered and specialty-coated surfaces • glass integration • premium hardware systems • stone or solid-surface interfaces Advanced experience working with refined finished surfaces — ensuring precise fitting, careful handling, protection, and a flawless final presentation. Strong Advantages • Experience in high-end, design-driven millwork environments — where precision, material care, and detail are non-negotiable. • Familiarity with CNC workflows (Biesse or comparable) • Experience with HOMAG / premium edgebanding systems Non-Negotiables • You never cut corners — even when nobody is watching • You treat tools, materials, coworkers, and clients with respect • You value discipline, consistency, and doing things properly the first time If you believe craftsmanship reflects character — and you want to contribute to a refined, excellence-driven brand — we would like to meet you.
